SARTELL: City Puts Brakes on Truck Food Vendor
The latest food truck to hit the streets in St. Cloud found out it was not as welcome next door in Sartell. After mistakenly crossing over to Sartell city limits, the Grub Truck owner Joel Ryan was shutdown for operating without a permit. “They’re strict apparently in Sartell,” Ryan said. Indeed.
