Specific plans for the costly area civic center in Brownton are starting to take shape. In fact the tens of thousands of dollars needed for multiple renovation projects seem to be adding up. Brownton Mayor Curt Carrigan even said: “Saving $20,000 on a million-dollar project isn’t much,” in reference to one cost saving proposal.
