5 Eyewitness News‘ Tracking Your Money segment ran a piece on a Minnesota Non-profit organization that receives millions from taxpayers and rate payers while holding millions in reserves. The Freedom Foundation of Minnesota released a report on this group, the Center for Energy and Environment, and found that not only was it receiving significant money from the public, but also turning hefty salaries for some of the top executives.
