MPR: Shutdown could have political consequences for both parties

FFM CEO Annette Meeks was interviewed for an MPR piece on the aftermath for political parties after the shutdown. The article focused on how the public will perceive the shutdown and if that sentiment will carry over into the next elections.

From the article: “The shutdown was the result of core philosophical differences, not political posturing or game playing, Meeks said. In the aftermath, voters are more keen to the extent of the state budget, and should now know exactly what their choice between a Democrat or a Republican will mean.”
