Tax Foundation: Minnesota is 7th Biggest Tax Grabber in Nation

The Tax Foundation released their latest report on state and local income tax collections per capita.  Minnesotans won’t be surprised to learn that we’re home to the 7^th biggest tax grab in the nation.
