The Winona Daily Press reported over the weekend: Schyde’s Drinks and Whatnot has been fined by the state and barred from buying liquor, but that didn’t keep city officials from allowing the bar to use a public parking lot for an event where alcohol will be served. According to the article, the state filed a $4,763 lien against the bar in January for sales tax debt, which is still outstanding.
